Here is your JANIS SAFFELL FIT Challenge 7.

Complete the following exercises for a TKO Bod! Do a total of 4 Tabatas, every day for one month.

TABATA = 20 secs as hard as you can go | 10 sec rest repeated 8x with 1 min rest between each TABATA round = One Tabata Round (4min round)

FIERCE4 TKO TABATA Rounds

1st TABATA – repeat 4x

20 secs Jumping Jack

10 sec rest

20 secs Side Kicks

2nd TABATA – repeat 4x

20 secs Air Jack

10 sec rest

20 secs Jabs

3rd TABATA – repeat 4x

20 secs Burpees

10 sec rest

20 secs Ski Hops

4th TABATA – repeat 4x

20 secs Power Squat

10 sec rest

20 secs Plank
