For International Orders – We currently ship only in the US.

Payment Forms - We accept payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, & Square. Please include your billing address and valid telephone number.  

 

Credit Card Management - Effective April 2016 you may save your payment information to your account when you place an order.  For credit card information saved, you can log into your account and edit or delete any card online.

Provide An Accurate Shipping Address - Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address to which the local post office or shipper will deliver mail. You may ship to your home, work location or directly to the recipient. If your package is returned for an incomplete or an incorrect address, you must pay for shipping again.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address (i.e.; wrong street address, missing street address, missing or wrong suite/apartment number, wrong city, etc.), UPS/USPS will charge us an address correction charge of up to $15.00. We reserve the right to pass this on to you, and by placing an order with us, you agree to these charges in the event you provide an incorrect or incomplete address. If the package was sent through USPS, refunds will be issued once we receive the package back from the incorrect address submitted. Please ensure that you provide us with the most accurate information possible to help minimize any delays with your order.

If you are shipping to an apartment, or other multi-tenant building, you must provide the unit number.  If packages cannot be delivered to a secure common mail box area, or it is not safe for the delivery personnel to leave it in the common mail box area, ship to your work address or another location. Orders over $300 must sign for delivery.

The delivery services do not provide refunds for errors in shipping addresses before we get back the packages!

Shipping & Handling - Shipping and Handling charges include packaging, insurance and delivery confirmation and are non-refundable. Orders are shipped Priority Mail and/or UPS. Please allow 7-15 days for processing and delivery. Please review the estimated shipping cost below. Our system has LIVE USPS/UPS shipping rates determined and calculated by weight and destination.

NOTE: USPS is the United States Postal Service, UPS is United Parcel Service and FedEx is Federal Express.

Special Promotions and/or Complementary Gifts: Please note that any special promotion will reflect on your order confirmation email, final invoice and credit card charge unless noted otherwise in the promotional details. No adjustments on previous purchases. If you return items for a refund that originally qualified you for one of our Special Promotions or Complementary Gift, you will be charged accordingly in the event your return no longer meets the qualifications of the promotion.

 

JANIS SAFFELL EXERCISE VIDEOS & DOWNLOADS: On completion of purchase of a Digital Download, a link to your download will be emailed to you.  You can also sign into your account to access any download files you have purchased. Customers should download and save digital download files to their computer as soon as possible after purchase. All downloads are subject to our download terms. By submitting your download purchase & clicking on the 'I agree' -, you indicate that you've read and understood those terms. All sales of Digital Download Content, DVDs & Videos are final at time of purchase.  We do not accept returns or exchanges of DVDs, Videos, or Digital Content.

Retail Online Purchase Return Policy

 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!! NO EXCEPTIONS.

All items are made to order and may be exchanged only, if they are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, unused and in sell-able condition with original tags attached.  Couture Active Wear offers an "Even Exchange" policy on all purchases. You have up to 30 days (from the date of purchase or shipment date) to return Full Priced Merchandise with which you are not satisfied for an even exchange only. At that point we will be happy to exchange your purchase for another of equal value.

 

Retailer Return Policy

Sorry, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retail partners. We only process exchanges for items purchased through CoutureActiveWear.com. You must return the merchandise back to the original place of purchase.

 

If www.CoutureActiveWear.com shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in shipment, we will immediately replace your purchase with the proper product. Remember to save your receipt. To return merchandise to Couture Active Wear follow these simple steps.

1.  Please place the item/s back in the original packaging or a box of your choice.

2.  Make a copy of the invoice and include it with the return. Please make a note of what you are returning and why. Let us know what item (Style #, Color & Size) you would like for exchange

When we receive your merchandise, please allow from up to 14 business days for us to ship back to you your exchange.

 

Insuring Your Return Package

Couture Active Wear recommends that you track your return package to confirm that we have received it. The US Postal Service offers a delivery confirmation service for a small additional fee. For ease of mind you may want to consider insuring your package. Just take your package to a US Post Office service window and a representative can add this option for you. If you choose to select another carrier to ship your return, we suggest UPS or FedEx. They both provide tracking information that requires a signature.

Refunds and Exchanges: *COUTURE ACTIVE WEAR STORE LOCATIONS CANNOT ACCEPT CATALOG OR INTERNET RETURNS.

We will gladly issue a exchange for all purchases returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be post-marked within 30 days from the delivery of your order. If you find you need to return merchandise after 30 days, we will issue a merchandise gift card for your purchase, to be used on your next purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your return. CAW will pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!! NO EXCEPTIONS. For your protection, we suggest that you return your package insured.  www.CoutureActiveWear.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.

 

EXCHANGES ARE SIMPLE AND EASY:

We will make every effort to honor exchange requests provided the merchandise requested is still available. If you'd like to make an exchange, list the item(s) you would like to receive on your receipt included with your order. You will receive an email confirming that we are processing your return, followed by a separate email detailing the availability and/or shipping status of your exchange. In stock items will be shipped within approximately 24 hours at no charge if you have an exchange for the same dollar amount or less as the original purchase for standard shipping and handling, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, please return it to us within 15 days, and we will be glad to replace it with the same item. Please contact us at couture@coutureactivewear.com and a replacement item will be sent.

Incorrect Shipments: If you are sent the wrong product please send it back to us unopened within 15 days and we will be glad to replace it for the correct item.

Missing Items: We allow 48 hours from time of delivery to make any claims for missing items. If your package arrived open please check contents before you accept the package.  Make delivery personnel know of any problems, if at all possible.

Lost Orders: If you haven't received your package within allotted delivery times (Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order.) please let us know and we will do whatever we can in assisting you.  Before contacting us, please check with your local United States Post Office and see if they have your package. Due to box sizes sometimes your mail person will not leave the package and a notice will be left for you to pick up the package at the Post Office.


Improper Charge Back Fee - Customers issuing a no cause/reason charge back after they have received their merchandise will be billed any fees incurred by Couture Active Wear as well as a $50.00 charge back fee. We must protect ourselves from this new type of crime/negligence. As our merchandise guarantee states if the merchandise is a manufactures defect we will work directly with them to resolve the issue. We guarantee our work and if any defects are due to us, we will replace the item no questions asked. With our guarantee there is no need for the negligence charge back.


Privacy Policy - At coutureactivewear.com, we respect all of our customer’s privacy. All the personal information collected by ordering with us will never be sold or rented to anyone.
