Adita Yrizarry-Lang brings over 30 years of experience as a multi-nationally recognized health educator, writer, club consultant, and lifestyle coach, specializing in fitness program development, restorative and corrective fitness, adult and child nutrition, and mind body disciplines. Adita holds a BS in Holistic Nutrition, is a Lv3 Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the Chek Institute, and has been accredited by several internationally respected organizations, including NASM, ACE, AFAA, and the University of Miami.


Adita travels globally speaking to groups and corporations about health and longevity, her passion is contagious and she works hard to provide a fun, yet informative, presentation that leaves audiences asking for more. This same enthusiasm is seen in her writings, were she is often a featured writer for magazines and blogs. Additionally she writes training designs and manuals for specialized fitness programs, equipment manufacturers, and educational associations.


As a consultant, she has built and designed health clubs and resorts multi-nationally. Her attention to detail and obsession with customer service helps to create a member experience that is second to none. She prides herself in producing programs and facilities that cater to the member experience, increases profit margins, and creates a cohesive team of employees that love what they do!


Over the years Adita has expanded her talents, all with the goal of teaching health in a broader scale. She is the Director of Education for The International Sports Conditioning Association and the Wellness Director for Fierce4 Fitness. Additionally, she is the developer of “Nutritional Brilliance”; a program dedicated to promoting nutrition for brain development and enhanced immunity for children and adults through her blog posts and live-streaming cooking demonstrations. Lifestyle and health are a way of life and her goal is to impact as many individuals as she can for maximum longevity!
