Luis Alcocer, born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, now residing in Miami, is an international celebrity stylist who has devoted his professional life to achieving excellence, as a hair designer and educator. Drawing on his years of hands-on experience and collaborating with top salon Wella Concept for 12 years, Luis now travels between New York, LA and Miami as a colorist educator for Color Design USA, breaking sales records.

 

His expert advice has been sought after by many television shows, and numerous publications including Miss Universe Puerto Rico, as their top stylist. He is also regularly featured as an editorial stylist for MML Magazine and has been dubbed as the go-to guy for beauty inquiries throughout Latin America, which has forged a path that has made him an international superstar. His dynamic, unique, precision and style has been sought after by many high profile clientele including; Bianca Vanrell (Miss World Latina 2011), Chrisally Espinal (2012), Raisa La Rosa (2013), Jennifer Bisram (7 news reporter), Latin singers Victor Manuel and Tego Calderon.
